The Stables
Forest stables is a quiet yard with a maximum of around 16 horses at any one time so that all horses can be cared for and looked after properly.
All the horses are very relaxed and happy here (dont believe me look at the pic on the left) horses here range from all shapes,sizes and ages but we try our hardest to accomadate for everyone.
The stables are large and airy most having automatic waterers and all of them having rubber matting.
Hay and bedding is all available on site to purchase.
And everyone has an allocated area in the feed room for any extra storage needed and feed bins.
The people here
Currently we have a range of abilities of rider and horses/ponies.
We pride ourselves on having a "non bitchy" yard which is an issue i know alot of yards have.
Everyone here is at different levels some are very nervous and require alot of help and other which regularly compete, no one is judged on their or their horses ability we are here to help.
The longest person on the yard was actually here beofore we baught the premises, and the minimum length of time our current livery has been here is 6 years, so we must be doing something right !!
